
Ingredients
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 8oz container mascarpone cheese
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pint blueberries/rasberries/blackberries/gooseberries each
Prep
Beat whipping cream with electric mixer until firm peaks form. Add mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Serve over berries in pretty glasses.
This is perfect for a patriotic summer holiday. We got the first strawberries from our yard yesterday, and they are so sweet and tasty. The other berries are rippening well, and I can't wait to show!

What a pretty dessert! I LOVE mascarpone. I haven't let myself eat it for a very long time, but I would sure eat this.
